Welcome to TicketHawk

TicketHawk is a forum-based Discord ticket bot that keeps your server clean and organized. Instead of creating a new channel for every ticket, TicketHawk creates forum posts — searchable, taggable, and scalable.

Add to Discord Support Server

Getting Started

1. Invite the Bot

Click the "Add to Discord" button above and select your server. Make sure you have Manage Server permission.

2. Run Setup

Use the setup command to create your ticket forum:

/ticket setup staff_role:@Support

This creates a forum channel called #tickets with default categories (General, Technical, Billing, Other).

3. Create a Panel (Optional)

Add a persistent button panel for users to open tickets:

/ticket panel channel:#support

4. You're Ready!

Users can now open tickets with /ticket new or by clicking the panel button.

FAQ

Why forum channels?

Forum channels are Discord's native solution for organized discussions. They support tags, search, and scale better than traditional channel-per-ticket systems.

Do I need Community enabled?

Yes. Forum channels require your server to have Community features enabled. Go to Server Settings → Enable Community.

Can I use an existing forum channel?

Yes! Use /ticket setup existing_forum:#your-forum to use a forum you've already created.

How do transcripts work?

When a ticket is closed, all messages are saved to the database. Use /ticket transcript to download as a markdown file.
