TicketHawk is a forum-based Discord ticket bot that keeps your server clean and organized. Instead of creating a new channel for every ticket, TicketHawk creates forum posts โ searchable, taggable, and scalable.
Click the "Add to Discord" button above and select your server. Make sure you have Manage Server permission.
Use the setup command to create your ticket forum:
/ticket setup staff_role:@Support
This creates a forum channel called #tickets with default categories (General, Technical, Billing, Other).
Add a persistent button panel for users to open tickets:
/ticket panel channel:#support
Users can now open tickets with /ticket new or by clicking the panel button.
All commands use the /ticket prefix.
